Silva has led and grown numerous sports and media properties throughout his career, including World Series of Fighting/Professional Fighters League; C360, which was sold to Cosm; World TeamTennis; The Washington Citi Open ATP500 Tennis Tournament; Barrett-Jackson; and Universal Sports Network, which was eventually sold to NBC to create the Olympic Channel. His previous roles also include positions at Back9 Network and Netchannel—one of the first interactive television companies—which he sold to AOL. At AOL, Silva built and grew AOLNews and AOLSports into leading online destinations.
