WWE Announces Clash in Paris, Its First-Ever Premium Live Event in the French Capital.
WWE is set to return to Europe for another historic premium live event, bringing Clash in Paris to the iconic Paris La Défense Arena on 31 August. This marks the first-ever PLE in the City of Love, further expanding WWE’s global presence. The announcement follows the resounding success of Backlash France in Lyon last year, widely regarded as one of the loudest WWE crowds in recent memory.
While ticket sales have yet to be announced, fans can register now for pre-sale access. The venue, which can accommodate up to 40,000 spectators for concerts, is expected to host an electric atmosphere. “WWE fans in France showed their incredible passion and energy at Backlash France last year, breaking arena records and decibel levels,” said WWE Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque. “We believe Clash in Paris and Raw will once again deliver a spectacular experience, drawing fans from around the world to Paris.”
WWE Backlash France 2024 was a significant event in professional wrestling, held on May 4, 2024, at the LDLC Arena in Lyon, France. This marked the first time the Backlash event took place outside North America.
